In general, the earlier the better. Do not postpone reserving your movers until the last day. This will lead you to more stress as you will find out that most reliable moving companies will be booked way in advance. We recommend that you book your movers at least 2 weeks prior to your move day. The main reason why people delay reserving a moving company – is the price. The delay will never decrease the cost, in contrary, it will only increase it. 

All moving quotes are provided based on the description of your move. The more the information about your move is accurate, the more accurate the estimates will be. We pride ourselves on providing 93% accurate estimates, however, our prices strictly rely on the inventory of items and the moving conditions on both locations that you provide us with.  We guarantee the best rates and that what we quote will be the price you will pay on your moving day! .

We provide packing and unpacking, disassembly and assembly, loading and unloading, and move-in/ move-out cleanings.

The best time to move is always when not many other people are moving. This way you can be sure there will be a truck available and we can schedule you for the best time slot. In general most people move the last week of each and every month. Moreover, during the summer months, June-October, many people are looking relocate. Ideally, the best time to move is in the middle of the month, on a weekday, and during the Spring time. Reservations in the morning get the first priority and the movers are always on time. Reservations in the afternoon and evening need to have a time window for arrival since there are many unforeseeable factors such as traffic and weather, which can delay movers’ arrival.

Obtaining a quote for your move should be done as soon as you are aware that you will be moving. Every quote provided by a moving company should be free and it should not require a cash deposit. That also applies for in-home estimates. Beware of companies that require you to put money up front in order to obtain a quote.

Depending on how heavy the dresser is and how many flights of stairs are at each location, we will advice you whether or not you should fill it up with items. Normally a 6 drawer dressers should not be filled with any items. However, 3 drawer dresser, not from real wood, can filled with light cloth if both locations have an elevator or no stairs. Heavy items such as books should not be placed in the dresser drawers, regardless of the side of the dresser and the flights of stairs.

 Our company works on first-come, first-serve basis. Therefore, the earlier you contact us, the better chance you have of making a reservation. It is preferable to make a reservation at least 4 weeks in advance. However, if your move is in the middle of the month on a weekday, 2 weeks in advance would be sufficient.
